Our Story

Loïc Le Pape - Founder and Director

Loïc Le Pape, hails from the picturesque Loire Valley near Saumur, where he was first inspired by his late mother's culinary talents and developed a profound appreciation for quality, home-grown ingredients.

​

Today, Loïc draws inspiration and sparks creativity from various sources—whether dining out, delving into cookbooks, or exploring fresh produce markets.

An ambitious and seasoned chef with over forty years of experience, Loïc embarked on his culinary journey by starting his apprenticeship at a renowned three-rosette restaurant along the River Loire. He then ventured into the world during his national service aboard the legendary carrier la Jeanne D’Arc, where he catered to esteemed clientele across various destinations.

Upon returning, Loïc honed his skills further at the prestigious Cordon Bleu school in Paris. Throughout his illustrious career, he has held positions at esteemed establishments such as the Michelin-starred The Ritz Hotel in Paris and La Tour D’Argent, another Michelin-starred restaurant.

Loïc later brought his culinary talents to London, where he contributed to renowned hotels and numerous acclaimed restaurants. Additionally, he served as a personal chef for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in London and the surrounding area.

Over the years, Loïc has had the privilege of cooking for a multitude of popular celebrities and heads of state across all corners of the globe, showcasing his exceptional culinary artistry and dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences.
