Hiring Process

Understanding the intricacies of each job is paramount to our success in serving our clients effectively. We recognize that every client has unique requirements, circumstances, and processes, which is why we offer a confidential and tailored service to meet your specific needs.

To ensure complete client satisfaction, it is important that you provide us with your personal requirements and a detailed job description outlining the duties required, along with the salary offered. This information allows us to identify and present you with the perfect candidate.

Once we have established your requirements, we will curate a selection of suitable candidates for your consideration. The shortlisted candidates will be tailored to meet your exact specifications and preferences.

Upon selecting your preferred candidate, we will facilitate a meeting between you and the candidate. A paid trial at your property is recommended initially to ensure compatibility between the candidate and the client. This trial period allows you to feel confident in your decision before extending a formal offer of employment.

We do not charge any retainer or application fees to work with you. Our fees, set at 15% of the gross yearly salary, are contingent upon the successful hire only, providing you with peace of mind throughout the recruitment process.
